Q: What is the cost of VIP membership? /p>

A: $9.99/year.

Q: What is the benefit of VIP membership?

A: VIP members enjoy free shipping for all prizes and have full access to almost all machines.


3. Payment and Refund

Q: What methods are accepted?

A: We currently accept in-app purchase.

Q: What to do if the payment cannot go through?

A: Please kindly make sure the payment card is good status. If it still does not work, please contact your card issuer for more details.

Q: The payment went through, but I never got the gems.

A: Please kindly provides us the transaction information to armswave@outlook.com, and we will check it for you.


4. Shipment and Package Tracking

Q: What shipping addresses are supported?

A: Currently, we only support shipping to U.S addresses. We are working hard to support more countries and will keep our customers posed in the future.

Q: What is the shipping fee for VIP members?

A: Free.

Q: What is the shipping fee for non-VIP members?

A: $4.99 for 1 item, $8.99 for 2 items, $11.99 for 3 items (3 items are maximum).

Q: How to add or update shipping address?

A: Under "Account Information", you can add and update your shipping address(es). You can have multiple addresses in the profile and choose any for the shipment.

Q: Where the prize package is sent from?

A: All prize packages are sent from U.S.

Q: How long it will take to receive my prizes?

A: After you request prize shipment, it is usually shipped within 1-2 business days and will be delivered within 2-7 days after then. In some scenarios, the item might be out of stock, and it can take up to 3 weeks to restock. In that case, we will keep you posted and ship the item for you immediately once the item is available.

Q: How can I track my package?

A: A tracking number will be provided through email once the package is shipped. The tracking information will also be provided for all shipments under "My Package".

Q: Can I return the item if I don’t like it and get refund?

A: We are sorry to hear that. Generally, item cannot be returned if there is no qualification issue.


5. After receiving the package

Q: Share photos with others?

A: Please click "Unboxing" in the main page, from where you can show your prize, see others' photos, and communicate with friends online.

Q: There are item damages in the package.

A: We are sorry to hear that. Please kindly send us some photos and let us know the issue by emailing to armswave@outlook.com within 5 days of your package receival. We will get back to you and try our best to solve the issue for you.

6. Free Gem

Q: How can I get free gems?

A: We give free gems in daily base. Please remember to check your "My Treasure" and obtain your free gems.


7. Refund and Exchange Policy

Q: Can I return my gems and get refund?

A: We are sorry to hear that, but gems that have been bought are non-refundable in general.

Q: Can I exchange my prize?

A: Yes, you can request to exchange your prize with other prize which is with same gem value.
